CULINARY SLEEP CONCEPT

In our four restaurants, we combine enjoyment and health by using specific foods that facilitate falling asleep or promote sleep quality. In the evening, you can expect light yet aromatic dishes rich in tryptophan, magnesium, and other sleep-promoting substances. This allows for a gentle calming of the nervous system without overburdening the stomach.

The seasoning is also carefully balanced: calming herbs such as lemon balm or lavender can be used in teas, desserts or sauces.


To round off the day, we serve sleep-friendly drinks upon request, such as passionflower teas or sour cherry juices containing natural melatonin. Those looking for a stimulating start to the day will find invigorating ingredients like ginger, peppermint, or citrus fruits that gently boost their metabolism.


The culinary concept is based on current findings in nutritional medicine and chronobiology. Our kitchen team ensures that you can enjoy balanced yet creative meals without feeling overindulged in the evening. This harmoniously complements the other modules of our Sleep Retreat.
