Disclaimer (transparency notice)

The medical services described on this website are provided exclusively by the legally independent medical practice of Dr. Richter + Dr. Wiedner. This practice is organizationally and legally separate from the hotel operating company, which does not provide any medical services.

Use of the hotel and wellness services offered by the hotel operator is voluntary and not a prerequisite for treatment at the doctor's office. Patients are free to use the medical services at any time without using the hotel's facilities.

All medical recommendations and services are provided exclusively on the basis of medical considerations and independent of economic interests.

Optional medical services are billed exclusively by the doctor's office separately, in accordance with the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). The hotel operator bills its services separately, regardless of this.

If patients are interested in a combined package of hotel and medical services, they will receive separate written information clearly stating which services are provided by the doctor's office (subject to separate medical information and consent) and which services are the responsibility of the hotel company. This transparent information is intended to ensure that patients are always aware of the independence of both institutions.
