Our Surgery Recovery Retreat is a customized aftercare program that begins immediately following your cosmetic surgery. Our goal is to provide you with seamless care from the operating room to full recovery.
Instead of going home immediately after surgery, you will spend the first few days of your recovery in the comfortable surroundings of the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg, accompanied by our specialized medical team.
The Post-Operative Care Retreat at Institut UNIQ offers holistic aftercare in an exclusive atmosphere at the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg. The goal is a comfortable and safe recovery after plastic and aesthetic procedures.
Care begins the day before surgery with a relaxed arrival and personalized preparations. After the surgery, patients are accommodated in luxurious suites that offer privacy and, if desired, space for family members. Medical care includes regular doctor's visits, professional wound care, pain management, and, if needed, nighttime care from experienced nurses.
Central elements are individually tailored infusion therapies that specifically support the healing process. Modern procedures such as cooling therapy to reduce swelling, intermittent high altitude training (IHHT), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) (from summer 2025), lymphatic drainage, and LED light therapy (photobiomodulation) effectively complement the treatment.
